To access your email account you must either use the webmail inteface at webmail.anscv.com or use a email program such as Outlook or Thunderbird.

1) To setup Thunderbird to interface with your email you must first aquire Thunderbird. You can do so at http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird/ Follow the links to download Thunderbird and install it once it has finished downloading.
